Trace Design & Build, is a leading builder for landed residences in Singapore, with more than 80+ years of collective building experience, from professional architects, quantity surveyors, to construction managers.
We started off with an understanding of their requirements from discussions of their website wireframe to the image style and visual messaging they wanted to portray and eventually locked down on the number of images and direction of the image that is suitable and optimal to their needs. This process not only helped them have a clear direction of what they needed but also allowed them to fully utilize the right amount of images without the need to pay for additional images that would be underutilized. With a clear idea and expectations from both sides, it allows us to focus better on crafting the images that would most suit their needs. The result is a smooth production process while meeting the expectations of the client.
